Professionals Against Foie
Gras is an association of professionals who live, work, and/or dine in
Philadelphia and are opposed to the cruelties of foie gras. The purpose
of PAFG is to educate the public about foie gras, encourage a boycott
of the few remaining Philadelphia restaurants that still serve foie gras,
and support the passage of Councilman Jack Kelly's bill to ban the sale
